Gillian, the manager came out straight away and took full details and a photoshoot that really showed the property at its best. Either Gillian or one of her colleagues escorted all viewings and within two weeks we had accepted a firm offer at the full asking price.
Unfortunately, due to delays in another link in the chain our buyer was forced to pull out but again within two weeks Regal had secured another offer at the full asking price which went through to completion.
