We will advise you on any work we feel is necessary before we put your property on the market. Once your property is let we will visit regularly to check that the tenant is looking after things. We will also advise you on wear and tear and regular maintenance such as external decoration.

In conjunction with our residential sales office we can offer a complete purchasing and management package for the investor Landlord. We will guide you through the process of purchasing and owning a property specifically bought for the purpose of letting as an investment. We will advise on the best location, size and condition of property and help you plan realistic returns on your investment.

Safety regulations place legal responsibilities on Landlords to make sure equipment and installations are, and continue to be safe. We will make sure you are complying with the law when your tenant moves in. Failure to meet the terms could result in fines of up to £5,000 and imprisonment.
